 Deciduous tree of Central America 

HEIGHT: 30-35 m

LEAF: Compound large green leaves

FLOWERS: Male (iuloi) and female flowers on the same tree in different locations 

FRUIT: It is oval in shape and has a green outer skin that turns brown when it begins to ripen.

GROWTH: Rapid

REQUIREMENTS: Prefers warm and sunny locations

RESISTANCE:withstands temperatures from -30 °C to 45 °C
